Heaven in Halifax 2022-2023
I moved from the country to a top-floor apartment on Spring Garden Road in Halifax. The world was coming out of lockdowns and there was this easy joy about everything. Music and dancing in the streets. Safety. Good food. Affordability.
If I lay down on the floor and looked up my windows showed nothing but blue skies and puffy white clouds rolling by. One of the most beautiful gardens in the world was across the street and the ocean was in walking distance. I felt like I was in Heaven. My podcast Lighten Up You’re Eternal Podcast was thriving, I was taking impeccably good care of myself and I had a powerful sense that something wonderful was going to happen.
