1-1 recalibration process for leaders who recognize that they are caught in a contracting spiral but can’t find a way out.
Oftentimes people with substantial impact inadvertently create echo-chambers that make it increasingly difficult to see themselves clearly. Robin offers a mirror and the unique capacity to hold clarity in particularly distortive circumstances.
The more impact the individual and their actions have on the world, the better. We are looking to change things at scale and so choose time investments based on scope.
