The Animaniacs are the most evolved and intelligent region I have encountered. They seem to operate in a state of pure fun and creation with no drama or distortions
Here is what I know about them so far :
The are extremely happy and silly and full of love
They look like big shape-sifting cartoons
They have deep childlike feelings
They love truth and accuracy
They heavily influenced 1980s / 90s cartoon aesthetics and lower middle class childhood culture
They are super giants - Their realm can hold the entire Universe in a paper weight
Their realm is honeycomb structured with different regions existing like hexagonal building blocks
They create beings and design realities for fun and for evolution
They are very thorough and responsible but also don’t make a big fuss when things go wrong
