PROCEDURES
Aorathian representative Robin Richardson will conduct a series of interviews, followed by an in-person observational period in which she will shadow you at home and/or at work for 1 to 2 weeks before beginning her analysis. A second set of discussions will follow and written reports and style boards will be delivered. Procedures may vary depending on the scope of the project.
DELIVERABLES
Detailed write-up on both personal and business structures following the Aorathian Shadow Architecture Protocol: shadows, mirrors, foundations, and evolution
Several in-depth 1-1 sessions
Aesthetic direction & style boards with rationale
Employee, client, partner, and environment profiles revealing hidden patterns and potentials.
Availability for ongoing follow-ups (Once Aorath is invested in your business our interest becomes long-term and it is important to us to ensure lifetime stability)
INVESTMENT
Investments vary by project. Robin should have independent accommodations and comfortable transportation in addition to an agreed upon weekly salary between 6 and 9K. Option to extend to monthly or annual rates depending on the outcome of the initial two weeks.

Ideal candidates are founders with scalable vision that is world-focused, not self. Must be prepared to be seen beyond the usual presentation. Be willing to face what is found there and make changes accordingly. If you lead with or seek to maintain a tailored presentation we will not be able to assist you.
