PREMISE

Mallworld level 1985-1995 maps the first ten years of the life of our subject, No Name: A Mutagenic Node who manifests as a little girl born in Mississauga, Ontario in 1985

No Name (like all of us) designed her life with very specific goals in mind. Every day and every detail meticulously curated to catalyze the revelation, integration, and mastery she requires to achieve her goals

No Name has volunteered her life as a case study to be dissected so that we may use her example to better understand our own lives, their designs, and their purpose

FORMAT

we will be unveiling No Name’s Story through daily posts, weekly podcasts, and monthly revelations, digging ever deeper into the inner mechanics of this strange suburban creation

each entry functions as both narrative and schematic, part memory, part map; inviting readers to trace their own design through hers

this project is non-linear, interactive, and cumulative. you are encouraged to observe your own reactions as part of the experiment: how the text rearranges your perception, empathy, and understanding

WHY IS IT CALLED MALLWORLD?

mallworld is a universe liminal dreamscape experienced by many dreams - it is also - as you will learn - the overarching flavour of No Name’s early designs > constant immersion in suburban pop culture in the bardo-esque backrooms of consciousness > quiet, strange, and pregnant with potential
